It easily integrates hardware components like BLE tags and beacons with an IoT dashboard for centralized data analysis and management. As DENSO’s operations expand the system needs to handle increased data loads and user demands without compromising performance. This required careful architectural planning and testing to ensure the system could grow and adapt to future needs while maintaining reliability and speed.

Ensuring accurate tracking of trolleys in dynamic environments was a significant challenge. This required the development of complex algorithms and adjustment of GPS and sensor technologies to maintain precise location data and avoid operational inefficiencies.

To address these challenges, a dynamic approach was adopted by the PsiBorg Team for designing and implementing the manpower and equipment tracking system.
